Meeting House Class Policy
Thank you for reading our policy
Please have all supplies purchased before the day of class. We are always eager to help you with your fabric choices but it is very difficult on the day of class to do so. We appreciate it!
Meeting House seats 8 students comfortably in most classes but may be limited to 6 in some. Pre-registration is required and the class fee is due at registration. If you must cancel a class a full refund will be issued up to 2 weeks prior to the class date. We will issue a full refund if we must cancel a class for any reason.
Classes fill on a first come first serve basis. You will be placed on the class waiting list until the fee for the class has been received. Your supply list for class will be issued once payment is receive and is your proof of registration.
Our classes are geared toward technique and skill building for all levels. We offer specific beginner level class as well and are great for children and young adults. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
We require a machine in good working order, a rotary cutter, mat and ruler for all classes. Any special tools or supplies will be listed on the supply list. All students that have completed registration for a class may enjoy 15% off their entire purchases until the completion of the class.
